A bit disappointed that it didn't state that the goods were out of stock when the order was placed on line. It was phone call from the centre itself next day to inform me.Can't really comment .

I am extremely sorry the item was out of stock when your order was placed. Unfortunately our website is not currently linked to our internal system to display stock holding. This functionality is under review. I believe my colleagues contacted you to inform you of the stock shortage when we recieved your order. Unfortunately Panasonic products are on a longer than standard lead time. Stock has arrived today and your order will be fulfilled tomorrow. Once again i apologise for the inconvenience caused.
