Special express delivery on customer request. Shipment was sent the same day as payment done.
Awful service from ParcelForce (4 week delivery from 12/12/12 vs 5 day express declared).
The site was easy to use and I especially like that you could so easily direct your package to where you needed it to be and that they kept you informed and answered quickly
