Hi there, thank you for your feedback, we really appreciate it. American Holidays was sorry to hear that some aspects of your holiday arrangements did not run as smoothly as we would have hoped. Regarding the hotel charges, our records show that you were informed that a resort fee would be payable locally, however €600 sounds higher than we would expect. Therefore please forward a copy of your hotel bills for my attention and we would be happy to investigate this further - customerservices@shgi.ie Our agent advised you that the charge for luggage on the internal flights would be payable directly to the airline. As you had requested the direct flight to Nashville, the internal flights had to be booked separately. However we regret any disappointment felt. We were sorry to hear of the travel disruption you experienced. We fully understand that your time is valuable when travelling and operating on schedule is equally important to all airlines. However unfortunately there are times when delays and cancelations occur. We have no record of you contacting our emergency phone number or e-mail address which is on your travel documents and we would have welcomed the opportunity to have assisted you locally. Nevertheless, we are pleased to note the airline re-protected you on a later flight. Thank you bringing the above to our attention. We hope despite the above you had a very enjoyable holiday in Nashville and Las Vegas. Thanks again American Holidays
