New vouchers are significantly different; do not even say they are vouchers. Both the rental agent and I were a bit puzzled. However, the reservation was in their system and the rental went smoothly.

No problem I had to clean inside and outside of windscreen and other windows in order to have adequate vision for driving in sunlight. This now seems to be a ' normal' and unsatisfactory standard when renting a car from Dollar.
