Really easy to book
Really easy to book online. Descriptions of treehouses useful as an adults only party, and some were rated as more suitable for this. I am so looking forward to our break, it looks fab :)

First attempt to pay for hotel and day tickets to the park - I was informed payment did not go through and I was provided with a number to ring.

Bad and difficult for non standard options.
Would give 0 if possible. Reasons:
1. Long wait on / for help line
2. website didn't offer enough options to plan my visit.

Improvements to be made
Whilst it is a straight forward system, I wish they would offer monthly calendar views. It’s tiresome checking dates and having to keep changing them if you have a specific room request.
