The booking service was easy to use online. I did have to call the team direct to make some changes but this again was easy and couldn't fault it.

Found it very frustrating & time consuming adding on water park tickets as no one could add onto booking or if I contacted water park they couldn't give the 241 offer on waterpark tickets for hotel...
