Easy to book,
Overall the hotel is easy to book.
However the main Alton Towers website however is not user friendly, pages constantly scroll when you do not want them to when viewed via a mobile device.

Not as good as it used to be, credit cards are now charged
Not as good as it used to be, no option to leave requests such as a cot, or a quiet room or other special requests. Also now charged for using a credit card, never used to be the case.

Poor service too expensive!
Really made me mad when I rang up and it cost 13p a minuet and the phone was just an automated woman talking for 9mins straight then it told me the phone lines were closed!!
