Simple to use would be good to see more pictures of the rooms that can be booked and also after booking would be handy to point out the restaurants that are in the hotel for booking.

The web front end is poor- it is difficult to navigate and looks it's age. I have been using it for 7/8 years and can't remember any significant changes.
