I am sorry about the confusion surrounding your booking. I have checked the support centre and we haven't received anything from you. I am not sure which email address you send your query to but you really need to contact us via manage my booking as this is picked up by our customer service team. You have been charged the original amount by us, if you can check your bank statement to double check this that would be helpful. As the flight was not confirmed it is us who have paid the amount stated on your invoice and you will have been charged the original amount you booked at. I hope this helps.
