No road-assistance cover with the Gold insurance travel purchase
I paid for the most expensive travel cover available and there was no road-assistance available in the Cornwall area. Would not recommend and will stick with AA insurance for the UK.

We are sorry to hear about your experience and we believe there was a misunderstood. The product you have purchased is a Travel Insurance policy for one day of cover, which doesn’t include Roadside Assistance. We offer this type of cover under our Allianz Breakdown Cover policy.

After paying 189 GBP out of pocket for AA on-the-spot road assistance, you giving me a refund of 7 quid doesn't make much of a difference, now does it? The 1 star rating stays!

Dear Mr. Svetoslav Zakhariev,
the travel insurance policy that you purchased is a personal cover and doesn't include any cover for vehicles. We do offer a breakdown cover product, but unfortunately that's not what you have purchased, so we were unable to give you the assistance. We will refund your premium as we understand that this product it's not suitable for your needs.
We hope this clarifies the issue and we are more than happy to discuss this further over the phone if you would like to.
