Thanks for taking the time to leave feedback... The Eagle Enamel range is a hand finished product and no two products are exactly the same. Some pieces can have chipped edges which can be rough to the touch – they are designed this way to create an individual and authentic/rustic look when serving. I hope this helps... Mike :)
