Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

It's very rare that we get comments like this and I was extremely concerned when I read what had happened with your order. Fortunately, I was able to speak to the General Manager at our London depot, and I believe Ellen has since spoken with you personally and fully explained the set of circumstances surrounding your order which caused the problems.
