Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for leaving such valuable feedback. I mentioned the am and pm issue to our Warehouse Manager and he has implemented a solution to this. In future, all orders will receive an email notification with a 2 hour window for delivery. This has gone live immediately thanks to your feedback. Mike :)
