Thanks for leaving feedback, albeit for a negative shopping experience with us. I believe Ellen from our London depot has been in touch with you to explain the situation regarding the system glitch and the delay in your delivery. I am also aware that the order was completed apart from the Brasso which you ordered – again, this was down to the system issue that defaulted the stock levels on certain products to show in stock. I would personally like to apologise for the negative experience you have had on this occasion – your feedback is of equal importance to that of the positive feedback we regularly receive, and I really hope this doesn't deter you from ordering with us again in the future.
