After placing my order I received an email, contradicting your website, stating out of stock. I rang and was told they were in another branch and was assured I would get them for Friday. On Friday I rang and was told Monday. You state 1-3 days delivery time. Nobody rang me to say you were having problems. You are like every other supplier that does not put themselves into the shoes of their customers. Following your response, which suggests you didn't look into the events in any detail, or perhaps you dont record customer contacts, I have adjusted my rating accordingly.
