Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Over charge postage

You charge too much for postage. Sellers of the same item, packing in the same way only charge £2.95 max, why should you charge £3.95?

Good afternoon,

Thank you very much for taking my call a second ago. We charge £3.99 P&P because it offers a fair medium between what we are selling and what Royal Mail charge. All orders placed on Allcures are sent byat least Royal Mail First Class post and the item you ordered needed to be sent Signed For which added to the cost. As a result, the P&P you paid for you rorder was less than the amount we paid to send it.

However, we are aware the P&P is a sensitive issue and we do review the prices at least once a year to ensure that our P&P rates stay at a reasonable level.

I would like to thank you once again for taking the time toorder from us and I hope to hear from you again soon.
