Poor courior choice

The choice of using dpd local over a standard dpd service meant I had a hige hassle in obtaining my delivery. DPD will deliver to a collect+ location DPD local will not so I had to have the delivery...

Good afternoon,

Thank you taking my call a second ago. As I said, we have historically used a company called Interlink Express for our courier but they rebranded as DPD Local in early February. Having spoken to them this morning, I was told they offer the same services as DPD, including drop offs at DPD Drop Boxes, but obviously this was not the case for you. I will feed this back to them to try to ensure that this does not happen in the future.

Regarding the other issue we discussed, I will process it immediately, and you should receive confirmation within the next couple of days.

whilst I left feedback as an advisory note for anyone making future purchases I must say that they way in which this was handled is enough to warrant a change in the rating. The issues appear to be out of allcures control but they delt with the issue with every means at their disposal. While I would look at the postage option a little more closely in future I wouldn't hesitate to reorder with allcures
