Hi Christy and thanks for your comment.

In response, we would like the opportunity to clarify some facts.

You listed as a $399 Premium member, entitling you to a listing on REA and other minor sites as well as a sign.

You emailed and informed us that you had secured a buyer 'before the sign arrived' by word of mouth. So you secured a deal in the first few days - great work.

Your assertion of 'no enquiries' does not match with our records. Your property had 1324 views on REA, 22 of which saved your property for future reference, and we forwarded an email enquiry from REA, not knowing you had already found a buyer.
