Difficult to rate really. Bought on line so no interaction with any one. Not had to make a claim so no experience of the soundness of the product or the quality of service.
So far so good. I haven't received my m and s voucher yet though

I used this via Age concern St Helens.. At the time I was using Lloyds insurance which was a lot dearer... the person in Age Concern,went through all the information etc.
