We're sorry for the inconvenience of this initial tour being delayed due to the COVID-19 pandemic. We provided a voucher from our traveler insurance provider to be able to transfer your insurance to a new departure date, unfortunately the insurance provider advised us that they were not contacted until after the insurance policy and voucher had expired. There were some small changes to the itinerary to improve it based on past client feedback and in order to comply with new COVID protocols. These changes have all been seen as improvements in feedback we have received from other travelers and our local operators, but if you have further comments to help us improve the itinerary going forward please feel free to contact us directly, so we can consider changes on future departures.
