The service in store and on delivery was good although the promised notice of a 'delivery slot' did not materialise.

However I am sorry to hear that the chair was not delivered according to a promised notice of a delivery slot. On rare occasions there can be a miscommunication in the delivery process. the salesman who came out originally took photo's of my spiral staircase but didn't pass this onto to the delivery men, as a result they were unable to deliver my bed until the stairs had been changed

I appreciate 3 months is an exceptionally long time to have to wait and if the bed could not have been maneuvered up the spiral staircase, we should have realized this initially. Although this was just a single chair install - it was very efficiently done and quick. Instructions verbally given were very clear and control pad is simple and easy to get used to.
