The system works, only problems experienced is the transfer limit imposed.
Can sometimes take a little tto long to get transferred funds from the billing account to the card account.

Key to success - listen to and respect the customer!
A complete waste of time - simply because the people who constantly telephone or who pick up email messages simply do not listen. I have been unable to set up an account simply for that reason.

Whilst I understand the reasons behind the extra charges for using cash machines etc I think that this isn't good because of all the other extra charges for example the cost to ring customer service...

I'm very sorry you feel this way about the account, this is a managed current account and whilst there are charges associated with the daily running of the account there are ways in which this can be reduced such as self-serving online or taking out larger amounts of cash in order to reduce the ATM fees. I hope this helps!
