The butterfat keto MCT powder is soo creamy and delicious! I enjoy it at lunch in my bone broth, fabulous! It really satisfies me and I feel pleasantly full from lunch all the way to dinner!
Unfortunately I tested allergic to this product when my Nutritionist/Kinesiologist tested it on me, so unfortunatelly I haven't been able to use it.

Whilst our Butter Fat Keto is free from sugar, gluten, soy and Palm oil it does contain butter (milk) and is not lactose free, so unfortunately it may not be suitable for someone with a dairy/lactose intolerance.
