Thank you for your review. We are very sorry about this. All of our goods are brand new and we do not sell worn items however on some footwear if these have been tried on in store there can be some creasing. This can sometimes be worse on some leather types than others and the RM Williams oily leather can crease and mark very easily. We are looking into upgrading our returns label system so that customers can receive QR codes however this is quite a long process and so unfortunately we are only able to email/post returns labels at the moment. We have received your boots back and a full refund has been processed.
