We do instruct all of our couriers to leave plants in a safe place if there is no answer at the door, but this clearly hasn't happened in this case. It’s a shame the customer didn't let us know at the time as we would have replaced them without question! Will YouGarden Ltd

I am sorry to hear that the fish have died, however, the Bio Pond Clear has proven to be completely harmless to fish and other wildlife when applied correctly. The active microbes will temporarily reduce Oxygen levels in a body of water as they start to digest organic matter. There is a clear warning on the packaging to make sure that there is sufficient Oxygen in your pond, and aerate if you have any concerns. Whilst we regret the loss of this customer's fish, we feel that it was an error in application which led to their demise and we therefore cannot accept responsibility for this. Nonetheless, I have contacted the customer regarding a refund for this order, as the treatment clearly has not worked in this instance. Will YouGarden Ltd
