It has come to our attention that some of these have been despatched with the angled end ring retainer pre fixed in the wrong place on the end cap when they left the factory.
The part of the “L” shaped retainer with the screw hole should be fitted inside the cap in the machined recess. This will then enable the screw to pass through it and clamp on to the pole.
I think this will solve the problem.
