We are sorry to hear that you feel this way about our carriage prices. When it comes to delivery, it is important to us that we keep our carriage prices as low as we can for our customers. In doing this, we currently do not make any profit from our carrier services. We understand that this could be quite annoying for small orders, but the delivery company that we use do not base their prices on the weight or size of order, therefore we don’t either. We also try to make our product prices as fair as possible whilst also remaining competitive. As a distributor business, our prices are based on a combination of the current inflation rate and what our suppliers charge us, as well as covering our business costs. It is very important to us when customers give us feedback on our prices, so we continually review our prices throughout the year to ensure that we are being fair and make amendments where it’s needed.
