We are contacting the client direct to discover more about this complaint. Our administrator is required to phone clients who are late at the meeting point so this is unavoidable. The immediate action taken is that we have asked our meeting point administrator and instructor team to ensure clients are communicated this. We are reviewing our meeting point procedure to try and ensure a more efficent service. All telephone calls at the meeting point are business - the telephone used by the administrator is not her personal mobile.
