I am extremely disappointed with the level of service I have received. After our last conversation, I have not received any further communication from the person who was assigned to review my submission. The lack of follow-up and communication has left me feeling that my claim is not being taken seriously. I have paid approximately $800 for this policy, yet I have had to seek private legal counsel to discuss my concerns because I have not received the support or guidance I expected from your company. This is not the level of service I was promised when I purchased this coverage. At this point, I would like to cancel my policy. Please let me know what steps are required to process the cancellation and whether I am entitled to any refund of the premium I have paid. I would appreciate a prompt response.
