Upon reviewing your experience with us, listening back to phone calls and reviewing E-mail correspondence, we see no examples of our communication being slack and unprofessional. You have used our website for multiple services over the last 5 years, and all communication from us has been conducted in a timely and professional manner, with all documents being scanned and forwarded the same day they are received.
Upon receiving your review, our formation manager did try to contact you on multiple occasions to work on a resolution, but you did not answer the phone or return the call.
