Delighted that you're already on your 2nd case of wine. As with all our orders, you would have received DHL tracking which showed that your parcel was delayed post dispatch. You alerted us on Friday afternoon that you hadn't received your wine. On Saturday morning at 8am, we emailed you to say we were sorry and would send out a new case on Monday morning and offered 10% off your next order. As wine is a breakable product, every so often there are breakages along the way. We are always happy to send out a quick replacement should this ever happen, like we have done in your case. Unfortunately between the small window of you emailing us and us responding we received this review.
