I am so pleased to hear that you were happy with the service you have received from us here at 4Paws during the sales process. I will be sure to pass your comments across to the team.

With price comparision sites, they sometimes dont show all prices of policies where pets are crossbreeds, as it doesnt always factor in their weight. Of course, when you come across to our site, you are asked to specify the weight of your pet and this can then adjust the quoted price. I apologise for any confusion that this many have caused.

I am glad to see that when you spoke to us, we managed to get all this sorted for you.
