I are sorry to hear that you are concerned with the online service and the fact that you cannot add another pet to your existing policy. Sadly this is something we currently do not have in place as any pet insured with us has their own individual policy.

however we appreciate this is something that is occasionally requested of us and we may look to facilitate this in the future, to make access even easier for our customers.
