Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Disappointing

I bought the policy through a cashback site. A discount is a plus to buying the policy. However the cashback has not been applied to my account. Very disappointing. Pet insurance has a large...

Thank you for taking your time to provide feedback, we really do appreciate it.

I am so sorry to hear that you are having issues regarding any cashback offer you had seen advertised while purchasing your insurance policy.

I can confirm that any cashback is dealt with by the third party cashback companies directly. This is something that they both pay and manage and it is sadly nothing that we have involvement in. Please be advised that our only involvement in this process is to simply confirm to the cashback provider that the policy is still live after 3 months (or 90 days) after the date of purchase and they should then handle all the rest for you.
