Good morning,

Thank you so much for taking your time to provide us with this feedback, it really is so appreciated.

Having investigated this I can see that our IT system suffered an error where the policy was not fully set up on our end which is why you had not been sent any documents. I have now raised this with out IT team as a priority to get this resolved for you and have the documents sent to you as quickly as possible.

I can confirm that your furry friend is still insured with us and that the wont be any changes to the dates on which your policy is active from.

We really value our customers and I can assure you that if you do need us, we will do all we can to both support and help you every step of the way.
