We are sorry you do not feel you had a good storing experience with us. We did have a software issue that meant our operating software did not connect to the access control at the facility to make your code go live. We apologise for this part of the storing experience and we did quickly rectify this for you. However we did then send you a welcome guide which clearly stated access hours. You did then turn up outside of those hours and it was clear you did not read the welcome guide as it clearly explained how to use the security access shutter. The shutter did not jam as you have said. It was working fine. We understand that you took storage because you had been asked to leave your apartment by the Landlord...there was clearly a reason you were asked to leave. We feel that you if you had actually read the welcome guide and follow the simple instructions that all our other customers have not had any issue following then your storage experience would have been significantly enhanced. We accept and apologise for the initial issue about your unique access PIN but as stated we rectified that for you and feel the rest of your review is unjustified.
