Mr Shaw, Our team have replied to your emails comprehensively. Your statements are false, your rental was booked for 10am due to you booking via SKYSCANNER and using their default times of 10am without changing them to suit your requirements. When you came to the Enjoy website via that link you again did not change them to suit your requirements. You were sent an email from our team once you booked confirming your rental for the times and dates you required the rental for and the rental voucher. Contained in the email sent 7 weeks before your collection time is a checklist where we ask all customer to ensure that they familiarise themselves with their terms and to check that everything is correct to avoid any issues. One of those checks is "Dates/Times of Rental". It is clear not only did you book for 10am by mistake you also did not check the information sent to you in advance of your rental in the 7 weeks prior to your collection. While your flight was delayed it would have made no difference to your collection as your intended time was not 10am but in the evening and by that time GoldCar would have already marked you as a no-show due to non-collection at the time you booked. You are claiming that the company should have stayed open however they were expecting you at 10am, they had no reason to stay later than opening hours as you had not informed them of your delay or of the correct rental time at any point.
