As my colleague discussed with you, we did our best to investigate and find a solution. Unfortunately, the issue wasn't something that could be resolved with a simple correction, so the pattern has been removed from sale while it is under review by our design team. At this stage, we don't have a confirmed timeline for an updated version, and we also can't guarantee that the pattern will be revised and released again. As you rightly pointed out, producing an updated version would require a full technical review, including re-knitting the sample, recalculating all sizes, and technical editing. This is a significant piece of work that needs to be carefully prioritised alongside our designers' other projects, so we're unable to provide an estimated timeframe. As a gesture of goodwill, we've already issued a full refund for your pattern purchase, and there is no further action we're able to take at this time. However, we have kept your details on file, and if there is any confirmed update regarding the pattern in the future, we'll be sure to let you know. Regarding the yarn, some yarns can naturally shed a small amount of fibre during knitting, although the amount varies depending on the fibre and the way the yarn is constructed. We understand this can be disappointing if it was more than you expected. If you still have unused yarn, we'd be happy to help you find another pattern that's a better match for it, so you can still enjoy making something beautiful with your yarn.
