Hello, thanks for your feedback. I'm very sorry that you found a knot in your yarn. The mills we work with really try to minimise this happening, but the industry standard allows for a tolerance of up to 3 knots per ball as knots are a direct result of new threads being joined together during spinning. Here is a link that has more information. However, as you have found more joins in more than one ball in this shade in your purchase, I've sent you an email to check this further.
