Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that your order did not arrive when expected.
Unfortunately this was due to an error with the address on your order that resulted in the delay. I can confirm that a delivery charge refund has been issued to you on query 5351645 and should have taken up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.
We use our UPS courier service due to it being a tracked next working day delivery, allowing us to track any orders. If however you would prefer your order to go by Royal Mail, we do offer a standard 3-5 working day delivery option that is available at checkout.

Why on earth have your stopped using a service that you have used for 100s of years? It is madness. When I tell friends that the Post Office, I repeat, the POST OFFICE uses a[private courier service they think I am mad anmd don't bel;iueve it. I didn't when your colleague told me. It is simply ridiculous. When Lbour retuirns to power this madness will end and not before time. Royal Mail was indeed separated from the Post Offive under Tony Bliar. So it was the fault of him and his daft and damaging ideas. You will be put back together again soon. Youn,misy nbe the only Post Office in the wrold that is not in charge pof the postal service. Madness.
