Thank you for your feedback.
Please accept my apologies that you experienced issues with the delivery of your order.
I can see that you have been in contact with our customer services department regarding the problems that have occured and were informed that you would be receiving a credit refund on your order when the items had returned back to our warehouse.
Due to each of the affected items being delivered back to our warehouse on different dates and at different times, your credit refunds were split up and processed at separate intervals as explained by one of our customer service advisors on the 16/02/18.
As explained in our most recent email to you on the 21/02/18, any remaining credit refunds have now been processed.
Please accept my further apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.

Unfortunately, due to an delivery address error, which occured on the 13/02/18, your order was subject to a short delay until it could be resolved.
Once this had been corrected, the courier delivered your order at the next available opportunity.

Even though it says 2nd class stamps are enough for letters up to certain size and weight it apparently doesnt apply to mine. 3 letters came back while 3 other letters of the same size arrived in...

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that your letters were returned to you.
Unfortunately we are unable to assist with the delivery of mail as we do not facilitate any actual deliveries as we are the online shop of the Post Office. When sending out mail in the future however, we would advise that when sending letters you double check the weight of your letters with your local Post Office before posting to ensure that you have the correct stamps so that they will reach their destination efficiently.
