Did not get the correct order but was rectified next day. This having to stop in the next day to receive it.

Please accept my apologies that you experienced issues with your order.
I can see that you contacted our customer services department regarding this issue.
Unfortunately, due to a picking error during the dispatch process, an incorrect item was indeed sent to you.
Once this error had been picked up by our systems and we received the incorrect item back into our warehouse, we did make sure that the correct item was delivered to you.
Please accept my further apologies for any inconvenience this has caused you.
