Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you did not find our website user friendly.
We do offer the option for businesses to join and request an invoice account, however this is not an instantaneous process as we require a few business days for our team to process your application. As such, during this time only the normal payment facilities are available.
I have passed on your comments however to our website development team to see if we can try to make this more accessible in the future for customers.
