I have passed on your feedback to our customer services manager for them to look into to investigate this further. Upon checking the query that has been opened for you, I can see that a free of charge replacement was sent to you on 05/03/2018 on order number 1998237. I apologise for any inconvenience this has caused for you.
Just an awful experience.

I have taken a look into your order delivery and I can see that unfortunately your order was delayed in delivery by our courier due to the bad weather that was experienced at the time. I can confirm that we did have a notice available on our website to inform that delays may be experienced due to the weather which have unfortunately been experienced by you.

Thank you for the reply - the issue i have was that several times I asked for a replacement order to be sent which would have mitigated the loss/delay but had no reply back from you.
Then when I was told the order was out for delivery I was still waiting a full 24 hours later, this is the delay that hurt the most as I had promised customers based on the out for delivery update.
The weather delay had already been factored in as was explained at the first contact
