No problem with the Post Office, only with the courier company (UPS) who took 6 days from dispatch notification by the Post Office (13/03/2018) to deliver goods on 19/03/2018! This was after 2...

Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that you did not receive your order when expected.
I have checked the tracking information for you and unfortunately it seems that there was a delay with our order due to an error with the address according to our courier company. I can see however though that your order was finally delivered on 19/03/2018 as you note.
I apologise for any inconvenience that this delay may have caused you.
I did not receive my item. Upon telephoning the helpline I learned that my item had been delivered and signed for at an alternative address and I do not know where this is.

I have passed on your feedback to our courier for them to look into and can confirm that we have refunded your whole order for you on query 5408072 on 27/03/2018 to try and make up for this. Please note that this refund can take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.
