Thank you for your feedback. Please accept my apologies that your order did not arrive when you expected.
To try and make up for your order arriving outside of the recommended timeframe your delivery charges have been refunded to you on query 5417466 on 09/04/2018. Please note that this could take up to 3-5 working days to arrive in your bank or building society account.
In regards to your comments about our delivery information, I'm afraid that you have provided the delivery information page for Royal Mail and not for the Post Office Shop. Our information states that our charges are £3.95 for next working day delivery and £2.99 for our three to five day delivery. We also have information and banners available that state that our free delivery option excludes any stamps or collectible items.
With the PayPal option, this is also not available for any orders that contain stamps or collectible items. We are only able to accept credit or debit card payments for personal users buying these items. I have passed on your comments to our website team to ensure that our system is working correctly.

Thank you for your reply. Apologies for confusing Post Office Shop and Royal Mail shop for the delivery charges. But when searching for info on delivery charges this is where I got directed to, not sure how it happened.
Many thanks for offering a delivery charges refund. The item was a birthday present and I was literally sitting on hot coals when it wasn't there on day 5. Regarding Paypal, my main point was that I first got offered Paypal on checkout, and only after I logged into my Paypal account to pay, the option was all of a sudden removed. You may want to asterisk the "Paypal" choice with the additional conditions on the checkout page. Again, thank you for the follow-up.

Service was excellent, got what I ordered and delivery didn't take too long. Would definitely buy from them again!
