Booked a room then later found out that it was overbooked and now I have nowhere for my family to stay in Hervey Bay when we need to be there.

If a hotel fails to confirm your reservation, our team gets in contact with them immediately to ensure the reservation was received and confirmed. We will pass on your feedback for investigation.

Had never used this service before and found it easy to make booking. Sadly had to cancel by phone, but customer service lady was very helpful and friendly.

I tried yesterday to change an existing booking, was on the phone with wotif for an hour until the call got disconnected.
I tried again today and the same happened, the call was disconnected twice...
