Please just let us know and we can take your preferred action immediately.We have also noticed some disruption with Royal Mail who deliver our samples, during covid-19. We have actually posted on our website COVID information page, details in this under the "Samples" -"SamplesWe are dispatching all samples ordered online within 48hrs, but we are aware of increasing delays with royal mail postal services who deliver all our samples, so please expect some delays which are unfortunately out of our control.
