Still waiting for my wood sample (ordered and paid for about a month ago). Was due to arrive within a week.

I'm really sorry to hear that your sample did not arrive. We are seeing more of this than normal recently. Royal mail have notified us of severe delays in some areas, due to Covid, and it is likely your sample was one of those affected. 99% of our samples do still appear to be getting there on time, but a very small amount have been disrupted.

Please just let us know if you would like this sample to be resent, or refunded and I will ensure that our team carry this out immediately. Please also accept my sincere apologies that this was not received.

I will organize this for you right away. Depending on how you paid it can take your bank up to 5 days to process a refund but we will send it for them to process today.
We also received a separate email today asking for the sample to be sent again. This has also been carried out for you at no cost, because of the inconvenience.
Good website, keen prices, interesting deliver charges (but fair, just depends on how many boxes...), delivered in good time, goods as described and in good order, not much else to say... luckily...
