I haven’t received my order. Emailed company twice. Eventually someone responded blaming Royal Mail. Promised new samples but they are yet to materialise. Wouldn’t order anything else from this...

I am genuinely sorry that your samples have not arrived yet. We have sent them and also resent them. We are aware that Royal Mail does have some large backlogs in certain areas, due to an increase with online purchases and reduced staffing during Covid-19. While 99% of our samples are still getting through, unfortunately, a very small amount are getting caught up in this backlog. I will process a refund for you today because of the inconvenience.

Lovely floor - couldn't be happier with the quality of product and the quality of service
I'm sorry you found this one tricky. It really shouldn't be. We do often find that subtle differences between the various installation systems on laminate floors , if not known about, can make them considerably harder to install.
All our Egger laminate floors have links to video instructions showing the best way to install them.
Good customer service, when our consignment was split they tracked down the rest and i got a phone call back with 20 minutes. Would buy from again and again.
